Timings

Doors to Barkway Village Hall open at 18.00.  Bingo begins at 19.30, but we do recommend arriving in plenty of time to get yourselves some drinks, grab a table, order a pizza and buy some raffle tickets!  Festivities will end at 23.00.

Food & Drink

We will have a bar with beer, wine, Prosecco & soft drinks – all reasonably priced, but the more you drink the more you will be contributing to the tennis club coffers. :) 

There will be nibbles on the tables but we are very pleased to have The Greatest Doughman providing delicious Turkish wraps and pizzas from just £11.  We strongly recommend pre-ordering these by calling 07398 738762. Please note by placing an order you are committing to paying for that order on the night, no exceptions.

Raffle & Auction Prizes

We have lined up three unique auction prizes and have some good quality raffle prizes here.  Have a look at our website to find out more. We guarantee you won’t want to miss out!

Getting Home

For those who intend to enjoy the bar and support the club a bit too efficiently,  we recommend (as always!) pre-booking a taxi.  A Plus Taxi service can provide 5/6 seater standard car for £30 or you can go posh and get a 5/6 seater Executive van for £70. Their number is 07428 789852.
