*New Adult Beginner Sessions on Mondays!

 

Our Adult programme at Haddington Tennis Club runs on Wednesdays and Fridays and is open to players of all abilities.

 

Monday

Beginners: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

 

Wednesday

Baseline HIIT: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Strategy + Skills: 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm

 

Friday

Baseline HIIT: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

 

Descriptions of each session are below:

 

Baseline HIIT

Baseline HIIT is a fun, sociable group fitness class on a tennis court, open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by a qualified instructor, you'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.

 

Beginners

Aimed at players who have never or hardly ever picked up a racket and require basic coaching to help get them started.  This session will have you ready to serve, rally, and score - setting you up with the skills to start playing tennis regularly, whether that's down the park with your friends or heading out to your first competition. 

 

Strategy + Skills

This Improver/Intermediate-level tennis session is designed for players who are familiar with the game and looking to enhance their skills in both doubles tactics and techniques, as well as enjoy some social play. The class is perfect for general club-level players interested in improving their game to the next level by learning different shots, shapes, spins, grips, and tactical situations that can make a difference in winning matches.
