Weather Cancellation Policy

• Coaching sessions may be cancelled in the event of poor weather where health and safety could be compromised.

• Cancellation decisions will be made as early as possible, with notifications sent by email or text. If no notification is received, sessions will proceed as scheduled.

• The first cancellation within a block will not be refunded. For any subsequent cancellations, either a refund or a make-up session will be provided.

Any other Cancellation

If a session is cancelled for any other reason (Coach ill etc) then a refund or make up session will always be offered.
