I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As the Chairman of our precious Tennis Club, I am writing to keep you informed about some recent developments that you may have noticed.
Today, you may have seen lorries carrying stone through the landway. This activity is part of our ongoing project to construct new tennis courts across the road. The stone being transported is for the foundation of the courts. Please be aware that this activity will continue through Thursday.
We understand that this may cause some minor inconveniences, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We are doing our best to ensure that the work is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Looking ahead, we have an exciting summer season of tennis. Good luck to all members participating in the box leagues, league matches, and championship matches. Your dedication and sportsmanship continue to make our club a vibrant and competitive place.
The new courts will soon be completed, and we are planning an inaugural event to celebrate their opening. We look forward to sharing more details about this event in the coming weeks.
Once again, thank you for your understanding and patience. We are excited about the improvements these new courts will bring to our club and can't wait for you to enjoy them.
Warm regards,
Gavin Oberholzer
