Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday 18th July 2023 at 6.30pm, to which all Members are invited to attend. The purpose of this Special General Meeting is for a vote to be held for the following amendment to the Club Constitution for the inclusion of an additional clause to Point 21 (The Chair and Voting):

(d) Members wishing to cast a vote may do so electronically.  Positive identification of the voter much be achieved.

A copy of the Club Constitution can be viewed in the Members-only section of the website, under the section "Resources". We look forward to seeing as many Members as possible at the meeting.
