On Sunday a BWFC Women’s Team headed up north to play at a what turned out to be a tough tournament in Hull. The girls worked tirelessly throughout playing experienced walking football teams such as Bolton, Grimsby, Rothwell and Lincoln to name a few.
Goal Keeper Kaz saved a penalty, Claire scored two goals in open play, and second keeper Kiran made some amazing saves in the last match against Lincoln. Coach Martyn said, ” The girls gave it their everything, I can’t ask more than that!”.
