This course is at Beechgrove Tennis Club. Mini Red tennis is for children aged 5 to 8 using smaller rackets and on much smaller courts with decompressioned tennis balls. Children turning 9 during the calendar year should sign up for a Mini Orange/Green class. Children will work on their A, B, C's (agility, balance and co-ordination) and work on racket and ball skills so that they can start to play the game of tennis. The fundamentals of serving, groundstrokes and volleys will all be covered together with the rules of the games and how to score.
