10:30am – Young Juniors
Fun, structured coaching introducing the basics through games and movement.

11:30am – Older Juniors
Skill-focused sessions developing technique, confidence, and match play.

12:30pm – Singles Cardio
High-energy drills and hitting to improve fitness and consistency.


🟡 Sunday

12:00pm – Circuit Training
A mix of tennis drills and fitness stations for a full-body workout.

1:00pm – Beginner Coaching
A relaxed introduction to tennis, covering fundamentals and simple rallies.

2:00pm – Ladies’ Improvers
Friendly, supportive coaching to build confidence and match skills.

3:00pm – Tennis Yoga & Pilates
Improve flexibility, balance, and recovery with tennis-focused movement.


🔵 Monday

5:00pm – Young Juniors
Engaging sessions focused on coordination, fun, and basic technique.

6:00pm – Older Juniors
Progressive coaching with an emphasis on control, rallies, and tactics.

7:00pm – Ladies’ Drills
Structured drills to sharpen consistency, movement, and shot selection.

8:00pm – Men’s Improvers
Coaching sessions focused on developing technique and match confidence.


🟣 Tuesday

5:00pm – 7:30pm – Social Tennis
Mix-in doubles play with a relaxed, welcoming and sociable atmosphere.

8:00pm – Doubles Cardio
Fast-paced doubles-based drills combining fitness with teamwork.


Wednesday

Rest Day
No scheduled sessions — courts available for casual play.


🔶 Thursday

10:30am – Adult Doubles Coaching
Tactical coaching focused on positioning, teamwork, and match play.

6:30pm – Doubles Cardio
Energetic doubles drills to build fitness and sharpen reactions.

7:30pm – Social Tennis
Evening mix-in sessions — relaxed, friendly, and open to all levels.
