We are running a 8U Open Day (Red/Sponge Ball) for players born in 2017, 2018 & 2019 who are either born in or reside in Berkshire aspiring to join Berkshire Tennis’ 8U County Training Programme. These 90-minute sessions will consist of tennis fun, parent education and informal assessment led by our 8U County Captain, Rob Flynn and Nigel Mann, Berkshire 10U Performance Lead.
Date: Sunday 19th May 2024 from 12.30 to 14.00
Venue: Cox Green Leisure Centre
Player Eligibility
To attend, players should meet the following criteria:
- Born in 2017, 2018, 2019 and be born or reside in Berkshire
- Training at least twice a week (or looking to increase their training)
- Competing (players born in 2017) or intending/starting to compete in internal/external competitions (players born in 2018/2019)
- Show a passion for tennis!
Those already attending Berkshire Tennis’ County Training Programme are not required to attend.
