Berkshire County Cup Team
County Cup tennis is one of the highlights of the year for every player. The LTA have a number of different County Cup competitions each year, including the Open summer and winter events, the Over 35s and our Seniors tournaments.
County Cup Events provides the opportunity for players to represent their County on a Regional and National Stage across all age groups from 8U to 75+.

Lionel Cox
The event covers various age groups 12U/11U/10U. It has become a valued event in the East Region calendar and looked at with envy from other regions in the Country. The original East Region included Herts, Beds, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cams. Then as time moved on Essex, Bucks and Northants were invited to join in. Queenswood has been its home for some years now.

LTA OPEN AGE GROUP COUNTY CUP EVENTS 2024
Summer County Cup - Mondy 22nd – Friday 26th July.
Over 35s County Cup - Women's Event Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th August and Men's Event Friday 9th to Sunday 11st August.
Winter County Cup - Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th November.
Senior County Cup - Qualifying Monday 1st April to Monday 7th October. Finals - TBC (Indoors)Friday 25th to Sunday 27th October.
Berkshire awarded the ‘Most Improved County’ in the LTA County Cup Race for 2022.
