LTA Youth Tennis Leaders offers those aged 11-18 the chance to take their first step towards a career in tennis by connecting them with their local community, and developing new skills like confidence, communication, and leadership

Leaders support Coaches, Volunteers and Teachers to deliver tennis sessions on court, but also help across other areas such as club management, local outreach, sustainability, digital marketing and more.

To run a Tennis Leaders course, the only requirement is to be an Accredited Level 3 coach (or higher).   The LTA provide all the course materials for free, and then it's over to you to make it a great training session for young people.
