The coaching programme runs via a monthly direct debit payment. The coaching programme  runs for 40 sessions a year and the charge is spread over a 12 month period.

A full years commitment is not required cancelation can occur with a one months notice.  

Signing up for a coaching group is done via the Rise Up platform.
