As Open Day approached all eyes were on the weather.

With met predictions of an 80% chance of prolonged rain on the big day there was more than a little panic in the social committee camp "forecast is rubbish!"  "what do we do!"  "should we postpone?" 

But the final decision was " Let's just do it!"

And what a fabulous day it turned out to be, the sun even shone for a few hours.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and enjoyed an afternoon of tennis action, fun and great food and drink.

And a massive WELL DONE to the social committee and all those involved in making this years Open Day really special; Chris Melville for a splendid BBQ, Steve Shea and the coaching team for the excellent tennis sessions, Hugh on the bar , Jo Munn on registration and Zac Pollock our photographer.
