Lost Property

Any personal property left on the Padel courts, or in the court surrounds is at the owners own risk and Broughton Padel accepts no responsibility for it.

Broughton Padel Members and volunteers will, on finding any lost property (see exceptions below), inform the Broughton Padel Secretary who will arrange for it to be safely kept for a reasonable period pending any contact from the owner.

Any contact re lost property should be direct to Broughton Padel – see contact details on the “Contact Us” page of the website.

Details of what is held will not be published, so any person having lost something they value will be asked to provide as accurate a description as possible. Example items could include clothing, caps, sunglasses, phones, keys.

Where the description matches an item held then return of the item to the owner will be arranged.

Exceptions

Refillable Water Bottles: These are left in significant numbers and given their relatively low value will be left on the picnic tables under the canopy roof opposite the Padel court gate

The above is published as the Broughton Padel Lost Property Policy on our Policies page
