We have introduced a court booking system to ensure all members have fair access to the courts, and can plan in advance with confidence that a court will be available.  

During this period of Covid-19  restrictions  please ensure courts are only used after a booking has been made even if that is just prior to going on court.

The current booking rules are:

• Each member can book a 1 hour slot each day – if at the end of the booking the court is not booked, or the person who booked the following hour has not yet turned up,  it is perfectly permissible to continue playing, but the court must be vacated as soon as the person who booked the next hour arrives.
• Bookings start on the hour or half hour
• Bookings can be made up to a week ahead
• The clubhouse should be kept closed though limited access is permitted for use of the toilet facilities.
• Please practise social distancing at all times.
• In this continuing difficult situation, we absolutely expect everyone to help all members and coaches to stay safe.

The rules will be regularly reviewed in order to ensure they balance the needs of members with a fair distribution of court time.
