As from Monday 27 July, there are some changes to the booking rules.  Each member can book a court for a maximum of 1 hour per day and with a limit of 5 bookings per member per week.  This limit of an hour a day is per member so if ,for example, you are going on to play singles, then a second hour can be booked by your playing partner.

The booking system provides us with statistics and these were showing that our court usage was between 80 and 85% but only around a third of our membership were booking courts.  As our membership numbers are now nearing their maximum, the committee decided to make a change but one that we could use to see if it allowed more members court access.

Usage statistics from this change will be reported back to the committee as will any related communications from members so we can continue to review these settings.  Online booking was only introduced on the 29 May this year so we need all the information we can obtain to help us find the best settings to apply.
