Our Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday 9 January 2021.  Like many other organisations, the meeting was held via Zoom, which was a first for the Club.  The committee would like to thank all those who gave up an hour of their Saturday to join the meeting.  All went according to plan and the feedback from those that took part was very positive.

Points to note were:

The AGM voted in favour of the proposal that all fees for 2021 should be retained at the level that was intended for last year prior to Covid.  (With the late start to the season,  fees were subsequently reduced by 50% for 2020).  

Additionally, it was also agreed that the cost of floodlight use would be incorporated within the overall subscription amount.

A new concessionary membership category has been introduced and we will continue to have no joining fees for new members. 

We have a new President with Dorothy McDonald taking over from Alan Bibby.  There were warm tributes for our outgoing President who has safely seen the Club through a very difficult year.
