If you or your child are booked on to a coaching course and the weather is wet enough that the courts have puddles on them or are dangerously slippery (including icy conditions), then it is likely the session will be moved indoors, where there is a single, full-size court to use. If there is only light rain and the courts do not have puddles on them then we will continue on with any planned sessions outdoors.

In the event of a cancellation: cancellation texts will be sent out to the adult players or parents of the child players at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the cancelled session. Any cancelled sessions will also be posted on to the @TGTennisHub facebook page. If you do not receive a cancellation text or see a facebook update about your session specifically, then the session will continue to run as planned. Sessions cancelled due to rain will be rolled over to a subsequent week, so you will always receive every lesson you pay for.
