Over the past years, we have seen a large increase of our membership, which now exceeds 300. We are particularly excited to see so many young players joining our various coaching programmes. Given the club’s steady growth, we are extremely pleased to announce that the plans for our new clubhouse have now received planning permission.

The new clubhouse will be located in between the tennis courts and the MUGA/Playing Fields. 12 x 4 metres in size, the building will feature a central room with large windows facing the tennis courts, a small kitchen, a coaching storage room, and restroom facilities.  This great community building will make us an even more welcoming place for families, who could then sit and read/chat/watch the others play. The space will strongly support the club’s social and coaching activities. Finally, as one of a few clubs in the region with five courts available, the clubhouse will enable us to host local tournaments, which will further raise Cambourne’s status within the tennis community.
