Cardiff Stars

Our sessions combine coaching, excercise and social elements to enjoy the game and meet others. Some players have been with us many years and progressed to the Special Olympics. 

Sessions run as follows:

• Year-round Indoor LD Club for Adults - not currently running since the closure of Ocean Park Arena. 
• Summer-term blocks for local education / care groups at Penarth Windsor LTC run Tuesday afternoons at no cost. Please email us for further information. 

There are also autism-friendly and pan-disability junior sessions running at Newport Tennis Centre.
