Cardiff Stars

Our sessions combine coaching, excercise and social elements to enjoy the game and meet others. Some players have been with us many years and progressed to the Special Olympics. 

Sessions run by us:

• Summer-term blocks for local education / adult care groups at Penarth Windsor LTC run Tuesday mornings at no cost. Please email us for further information. 
• Summer-term blocks for local education / adult care groups at Radyr LTC Cardiff run Tuesday afternoons at no cost. Please email us for further information.
