VETERANS TENNIS FINAL 

There was an excellent turn out for the Veterans tournament with 18 players - three of whom were over 75 - taking part in the round robin format. Semi-finals were played with Jane Carol partnering Dave Hancock and Mick Lench with Dave Lewis going through to the final. This was very tight with deuces played on most games. Lench and Lewis took a 5-0 lead but it was far from over because Carol and Hancock came back to make it 5-2. They saved five match points before eventually losing 6-2.
