We are required by our Club Constitution to hold our Annual General Meeting within three months of the end of the financial year. The meeting will include approval of last year's AGM minutes, a presentation of the audited annual accounts and reports by various officers of the club.  As such, it is your chance to hold the committee accountable for the way the club has been run during the last year and to elect a new committee for 2024-25.

If you wish to stand as Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer,  Membership Secretary, Club Captain or Junior Organiser, you will need a proposer and seconder (a form is available on the notice board in the clubhouse). You may also stand as an ordinary member of the committee. Please email us if you would like further information.
