The 2023 Jersey Island Games Team topped the medals table in Guernsey, with the Guernsey team taking second place. There was a clean sweep in the Team event with the Jersey Men's and Ladies' teams both winning Gold. Stuart Parker won a Gold for the Men's singles and Natasha Forrest took Silver, losing to Guernsey's Lauren Watson-Steele. Jersey won Bronze for two Ladies' doubles (Antonija Sokic & Natasha Forrrest and Eva Hurst & Sonia Smith) as well as in the Men's doubles (Scott Weaver & Stuart Parker).
