Guernsey and Alderney

The Baliwick of Guernsey is made up of six islands - Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm as well as the privately owned islands of Jethou and Brecqou.  There are several Tennis clubs in Guernsey, with both membership and pay and play options.

Guernsey has a rich history of Tennis with WTA player and former British Number One Heather Watson coming from the Island.  Heather won the Mixed Doubles title at Wimbledon in 2016 with Henri Kontinen.  She has also lifted four WTA Tour trophies.

Although a much newer sport, Padel has also made its mark on the Island and is rapidly growing in popularity.   Patrick Ogier and Rob West have both competed for Great Britain in the sport as the over 35s pair at the 2022 World Championships held in Las Vegas.
