Notes from the coach
Racket Science is designed for adult intermediate players who want to better understand how and why shots work — not just how to hit them. This course combines technical coaching with simple tactical and movement principles to help players improve consistency, control, and decision-making on court. Through engaging drills, match-based scenarios, and clear coaching explanations, players will develop smarter shot selection, improved timing, and greater confidence in competitive play.
