Cardio Tennis is a fun and sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. It is a full-body workout that combines tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise. The class is open to anyone, regardless of age or ability, and is a great way to improve your tennis skills while getting a good workout. Each class is an hour long and includes a warm-up, a 40-minute full-body workout, and a cool-down. During the workout, you will hit lots of tennis balls and engage in a variety of fitness activities. You don’t need to be good at tennis or be a member of a club to participate
