Our ambitious scheme, Advantage Cheshire,is helping to develop tennis in Cheshire by increasingplayer numbers and improving tennis facilities. Clubs, tennis organisations and coaches can access arange of funding opportunities through the Club Small Loan Scheme, the Make A Difference Fund,theCoach Support Scheme as well as grants towards LTA Gate Access systems.

Since launching the initiative in 2018, Cheshire County LTA has made visits to 48 clubs and paid out almost £24,000 in grants with a further £33,000 approved under the Make A Difference Fund.

The Coach Support Scheme has committed £6,600 to over 20 coaches taking their LTA Coach Qualifications from Level 1 to Level 4.

The Club Small Loan Scheme has paid out £57,000 to clubs since September 2018 and a further £24,000 is going through the approval process.
