ADULT COACHING
Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned player, good coaching can really make a difference to your game.

Our regular coaching programme (see table below) caters to all abilities and levels of experience.

One-to-one and group coaching is available, with sessions tailored to individual needs.

We also provide programmes tailored to the needs of your school, company or organisation.

Coaching sessions during the winter season (October-April) are either in our seasonal 3-court dome or in our 3-court permanent airhall throughout the year
Racquets are provided free of charge if needed. Balls can be bought on site
