Chingford School of Tennis welcomes new members regardless of age and ability.

• Beginners: If you're just starting out, learn the building blocks of the game and apply them with our talented coaches, as well as play as often as you like with your friends and fellow club members.

• Improvers: If you're an improver - our coaches can build on your strengths and address gaps in your game, with plenty of high quality courts to play on with your friends and extend your skills.

• Advanced: If you're a seasoned player, we offer high quality covered courts, a competitive community of players, regular opportunities to play and ladders and organised competitions.

Club social sessions are on Wednesday evenings, Fridays evenings and Saturday mornings throughout the year and members have priority when booking courts at all other times.

Membership benefits include:

• Members' reduced cost indoor/outdoor social club play: Wednesdays 7.30pm-9.30pm, with new balls at regular intervals (Adults only £3)

• Members' reduced cost indoor/outdoor social club play: Fridays 7.00-9.00pm, with new balls at regular intervals - £7.00 decreasing to £0 depending time of year

• Members free outdoor social club play: Saturdays 10.00-12.00 noon, summer time, 11.30-1.30pm indoors winter time (£7.00) 

• For members, outside of club session times:  Adult/Junior play on outdoor courts is FREE (floodlight charge, if needed).  Adult play on indoor courts is at reduced rates.  Junior play on indoor courts at special juniors rates.

• Tournaments:  Members can play in Sunday Fun Tournaments at regular intervals in the year

• Various weekly group coaching for beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced. Most classes are discounted for members

• League play:  We run Junior Member Teams and 4 Adult Member Teams in local leagues.                               

• Members can book courts in 7 days in advance.  Members have to sign into Clubspark and LTA to register to enable online court booking

• Junior Member benefits:  Juniors get one free group taster session on joining for the first time.  Parents of junior Members can play for free when playing with their child Member.

• Member Extras:   Mark Worton, our official racket restringer restrings at discount prices.  Ask at reception for details

• Wimbledon Ticket Draw: Members can access the Wimbledon ticket draw when they also sign up on-line for free British Tennis Membership.
