Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for the 26th of November 6 to 8 PM. The event will commence with a junior presentation at 6 PM, followed by a delightful Wine & Cheese social, leading into the AGM proceedings. The chosen venue for this important gathering is the Chiseldon Church Hall, located just off Butts Road in Chiseldon SN4 0NN. Members are encouraged to attend and share any thoughts or suggestions they may have.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, the club boasts three outdoor courts, all floodlit and wheelchair accessible, ensuring that the game of tennis is available to everyone. With a rich history dating back to 1983, the club not only celebrates its legacy but also embraces the future with open arms, offering a variety of activities from social play sessions to cardio tennis and coaching. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, Chiseldon Tennis Club is a place where every serve and volley is met with encouragement and a shared passion for the sport.
Members Guidance for club sessions:
Chiseldon Tennis Club is buzzing with activity! To join the fun, simply add your name in the WhatsApp group on Wednesday for the evening session or on Saturday for the Sunday morning session. If plans change, no worries—just drop a message in the group. Not in the WhatsApp group yet? No problem! Email chiseldontennisclub@gmail.com with your details and get ready to serve up some great times on the court!
Members Guidance Information:
- Members must book a court before turning up. They are not be able to just turn up and play.
- Court and Clubhouse access codes (updates via members email and the WhatsApp group)
- Access to the clubhouse kitchen, toilets and changing facilities
- Guests can play but must be accompanied by an existing club memeber. Guests are charged £5 per day.
- All members have the opertunity to be included the Swindon and District LTA tennis league.
The Committee are constantly assessing government advice and guidance from the LTA and will provide updates here, by email and the WhatsApp members group.
