2nd January 2021 had two games of singles played on CCLTC's new courts 
next to Leatherhead Leisure Centre.

Despite overnight drizzle, the courts were dry when Marilyn and Di played at 11.30.
The sun came out for us and there was a lovely feel with the green field stretching down to the river,
the bank of trees on the other side and the parish church tower and  chateau-styled house looking down on us.

Liz and Cathy also enjoyed their afternoon game and thought the court was 'slightly faster' than our old ones.
I was pleased to hear that as Marilyn had given me the run-around earlier - so it wasn't just me!

I do hope you all enjoy these new courts. They are different and they will be even better when we manage to get them painted in the Spring.  Our main Court 4 will be 2-toned and have only tennis markings.
