Terms and Conditions CTC

· Please read all the information carefully. You accept these terms and conditions when entering into any coaching related activities or services through Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd at any location where Christchurch Tennis Facilities Tld is the operator.

· Anyone receiving sports lessons or services, including membership from Christchurch Tennis Facilities as the provider, whether group or Individual sessions does so with the acknowledgement of these terms and conditions and therefore agrees to abide by them.

· All coaches have been DBS checked with up to date licences.

· All coaches are professionally qualified with the LTA, EN or FA.

· Coaches that hold an LTA,EN or FA level 2 qualification will be able to give private lessons as well as group lessons.

· All coaches have attended and hold current Emergency First Aid at Work level 1 Certification.

· All classes will be booked online before attending at www.christchurchtennis.netunless a trial session has been agreed

· All payments to Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd via online booking will be made via Debit, PayPal or all major credit cards.

· Visa Debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay and cash are accepted via “tap-n-go” on court with the coach for all other types of lessons.

· If you enter into membership with the club there is no refund available to you for the year if you choose not to continue playing at the cub.

· Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd operates a pro-rata payment system on all their Junior and Adult Programme group classes. If there is a space free on the class you wish to book onto during any point before the terms ends, you will be allowed to book and pay the remaining price for that particular term.

· For all individual lessons, shared lessons and small private group lessons, you will need to give the coach 24hrs notice upon cancellation by email to info@christchurchtennis.net or directly to their mobile, otherwise you agree to pay 50% of the full lesson fee. This is non-negotiable. For no shows without any notice, you agree to pay the full price of the lesson.

· Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd operates in outdoor locations and therefore we cannot guarantee that every session will run. Due to adverse weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel up to 30 minutes in advance of a particular session. If you DO NOT hear from us via email informing you of a cancellation then you are to assume that the session will be taking place.

· Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd allows 1 spare week in every term of the Junior and Adult coaching programme to be given over for cancellation due to adverse weather. If the spare has to be used it will be used at the end of the term. If you cannot attend this spare week you will not receive a refund or any credit for any upcoming terms tennis for the week lost. Upon adverse weather affecting the spare week, no more weeks will be available for that term. No refunds will be given for the lost week.

· Places on classes cannot be held open. Payment has to be made before commencement of the first week. Unless spaces are available during the term.

· You must tell us via e-mail of any medication or allergies that your child has or is taking that may have changed since you sent in your booking – info@christchurchtennis.net

· We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your belongings during your session.

· The care of your child when on court is our highest priority but we do not accept any responsibility when the session is over. It is imperative that you collect your child or have suitable cover in place as we have other classes to take and therefore cannot guarantee safety once their session has finished.

· CTC merchandise and Club uniform can only be exchanged or refunded providing it is in a non-worn, new/resalable state. 
Personalised or named garments are non exchangeable or refundable unless faulty.  Atorro Sports, Christchurch Tennis Facilities Ltd and our garment provider Purple Mingo have the right to refuse this service.
