Due to the Coronavirus crisis, the coaching we are currently offering is different to normal. Since 3rd June we are now offering coaching for individuals or in groups of up to 4 juniors or 5 adults plus the coach.
We are lucky at the moment because Ben (Level 3) and Jane (Level 4) are both furloughed from their normal roles in schools, our young coaches (Level 2) are all home from uni and we've had Rob Salmon (Level 3) join us full time. Ben's brother Tom Rushby is also working at the club whilst David Lloyd remains closed.
Plus there are no adult league matches in the evening and several children are still home during the day. So, there is almost unlimited time and flexibility to arrange whatever coaching you want, when you want, with who you want.
Our Head Coach, Ben Rushby is arranging groups of children of similar standard / friends that are available at similar times and match them to a coach
Please contact Ben on 07539 265053, firstname.lastname@example.org who will discuss with you which of our amazing coaching team best fits your needs and put you in touch with them to book lessons.
We have now restarted two of our popular adult "Pay & Play" sessions:
- Thursday mornings 9am - 11 am with Jane Rushby and Chris Booth
- Sunday evenings 6:30 - 8:00 pm with Becky Williams and other Level 2 coaches (Roo, Lottie, Ellen or Alex)
These will operate in a slightly different, more controlled way to normal due the coronavirus crisis. There will be one coach per court with up to 5 players. This group will stay together on the one court and not mix with others at the session. You will no longer be able to just turn up and play. YOU MUST pre-book and pay beforehand via our website so that we can limit numbers
These courses are available to book up to one week in advance below.
Please note that for Becky's session, we have two different groups set up - the main group is limited to 10 players per week with two coaches. However, if this one fills up early and others want to play, you can book on to the "Extra Group" for up to five more players and Becky will then arrange a third coach to attend on the third court.
