Acton Park Padel
As part of Ealing Council’s investment to improve leisure facilities, we are seeking the views of residents and park users on a proposal to build a new padel court in Acton Park.

Getting there
Bus: E3 and E1 on Greenford Avenue, then 83, 92, 195, 207, 282, 427 and 607 with stops on the Uxbridge Road and Ealing Hospital
Train: Hanwell mainline
Parking: Limited within the car park at the end of Church Road, parking along Church Road - restricted during summer and weekends. Please check restrictions on site.
Bikes/on foot: The park is accessible from the, east via Church Road, the south via a footpath from Ealing hospital, under the Wharncliffe Viaduct, the north, from the Ruislip Road at Greenford Bridge via public footpaths along the river and the west from Greenford Road, via footpath through the West Middlesex Golf Course and crossing the River Brent by bridge.
About the park
Located in the Brent River Park, Churchfields Recreation Ground is a sample of the countryside with extensive hay meadows and many veteran trees along the river making it a great place to spot wildlife. There is also a grade 2 listed stable block which is all that remains of the old manor house, which burned down in the 1930’s. Hanwell Zoo is a popular attraction nearby in Brent Lodge Park.
