You haven’t picked up a racket for a while, ok so you haven't picked up a racket since you were at school! Maybe you'd just like to feel more confident about your game or "where on earth am I meant to be standing?" These sessions offer the opportunity to improve without the worry of letting a partner down and with others who share similar goals.
