FAMILY CLUB SESSIONS - Saturdays 2-4pm, approx twice a month

To encourage families to play tennis together and to give junior members more time on court, we offer members a family club session at the weekend once or twice a month.  This is a great way for adults to refresh rusty skills.  Led by a club volunteer, these are designed with fun in mind.  On the other weekends, members can just turn up and play.  4 courts are reserved for club members to use for free.  Red, orange and yellow balls are available to all club members to borrow from the Sports Centre storage room at any time.

Non-members are welcome to try the first session for free but thereafter all participants will need to become members, all adults and all children attending.  No need to book your first session, just turn up.

Note this is not a coaching session so all children must be accompanied by an adult.

FAMILY TOURNAMENT - 2024 dates to be confirmed

2.00-4.00pm. Fun doubles matches for all the family, in pairs made up of one adult and one child.  If you don't have a partner don't worry, sign up and let Toby know, he will find you one.

  • All ages
  • All abilities including beginners!
  • Mini tennis with red balls
  • £5 entry fee per pair - cash on the day to Toby
  • Members only - new members are welcome to join the club in order to enter the tournament
  • One adult or child from each pair must be a member - juniors start at £10/year
  • Prizes for the winners and all children entering
