Login Migration

The LTA are changing how people log in to Clubspark

Anyone signing in using anything other than an LTA login will be asked to update to an LTA login.

You will be given the option to use an existing LTA account, or, if you do not have one, you will be asked to create a free LTA Advantage account.  After you have completed the update you will always need to log in using the blue LTA button so please keep a record of your LTA login details.  Eventually, all other log in options will be phased out.

Please note if you have an existing LTA account just signing in with your LTA details will not migrate you over to the single LTA login.  In order to merge your existing Clubspark or Social Media logins with your LTA account you must go to Cottenham Tennis Club website, sign in with your existing details (i.e. using Email/Password or Google, Facebook or Microsoft logins), and then follow the necessary steps to merge your accounts.  The LTA have produced written and video guide instructions to show you how to complete this process.

How do I know if I have an LTA account?

If you have played in a team in 2021 or have even been in the Wimbledon ballot ticket draw, you already have an LTA account.  If you do not remember your login details you should follow the "forgotten login" prompts rather than creating a new LTA account.

I can't update my login because it says I already have an LTA account, but I don't know my username/password?

If you cannot retrieve your LTA account details, and it won't let you create a new account because you already have one then please contact the LTA directly using this form, and select  "Advantage" and then "Login" as the topic of enquiry.

I updated to the LTA login but now I see padlocks on the court booking system?

This means that for some reason the update was unsuccessful and that your old and new logins did not merge properly.  If this is the case please contact the club secretary on info@cottenhamtennis.co.uk
