Adult

Our adult courses are split into four categories:

  • Beginners: courses will teach the fundamental skills you'll need to become a great player including technique, movement and coordination
  • Improvers: for those with a little on-court experience that want to improve their core skills both technically and tactically
  • Intermediates: aimed at those with the ability to participate in either singles or doubles match. Sessions are designed to challenge while creating an effective learning environment
  • Cardio Tennis: suitable for all levels and abilities. Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist
