Times will vary in winter due to the early sunsets but, during the summer season Junior Coaching runs every Wedneday and Friday  evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm with 4 age /ability groups:

Wednesday

5.00 - 6.00pm Red Ball Group  4 - 6 year olds

6.00 - 7.00pm Orange Ball Group 7 to 9 year olds

7.00 - 8.00pm Green Ball Group 10 - 13 year olds

Friday

5.30 - 7.00pm Yellow Ball Group 13 years+
