Tournament Duration:  Sat 10th June - Sun 17th Sept 2023

Finals Day Schedule:  Sunday 17th September:

• 11:15 - Men's and Ladies Singles (Ladies will be a round robin format - to be explained on day)
• 13:00 - Men's and Ladies Doubles
• 14:45 - Mixed Doubles
• Presentations - will be held at a 'presentations evening' event - date TBC

Fixtures & Match Results:

• Men's Doubles - complete
• Ladies Doubles - complete
• Mixed Doubles - complete
• Men's Singles - complete

Format

• Finals Day - First and foremost, please ensure you are available for Finals Day (Sunday 17th September) if you plan on entering the tournament.
• Entry Form - Please complete and send to Pat ASAP.
• Events - Please confirm on the form which the event(s) you wish to enter.
• Entrants - Will be expected to prioritise the tournament and it's scheduling format so that matches get completed on time. If this is something that you feel will be difficult, please do not enter.
• The draw - Will be displayed/updated in the Clubhouse, Noticeboard, WhatsApp groups and Facebook.
• Partner - If you are struggling to find a partner for a doubles event, please contact Pat and he'll assist in helping you find one.

Tournament format

• Matches - Are the best of three sets with a third set championship tie break, which must be won by two clear points.
• Results - Please contact Pat once the match has completed with your result so the draw can be updated quickly.

Match scheduling

• Courts - Please ensure you book courts online when arranging your matches.
• Deadlines - For each round there will be a deadline date in which you are expected to play your fixture. Please make sure it is completed by then. If it is not, then the person's name who is at the top of the scheduled match will go through.
• Balls - Please provide your own tennis balls.
• Finals Day - In the event of very bad weather, we will look to reschedule the Finals Day.
• Late Start - If you are 20 minutes late for the scheduled match, you will concede the first set.
• Late Start - If you are 40 minutes late for the scheduled match, you will concede the match.

Other information:

• Spectators - If you do not plan on entering then please come on down and support the Finals Day, it would be most appreciated.
