Adult Tennis Coaching Course for those who wish to practice and improve their skills. Each session focuses on a theme, usually both technical and tactical. This term will include: serving, volleys, building rallies in singles and doubles, footwork, doubles positioning and tactics, using variation in doubles, backhand technical lesson and putting into play. There will be a chance to play points or a game in each session too. You can also pay for individual sessions if you are not able to attend the whole course. The cost is £9 per member and £10 per non member per 75 minute session. Payable on the day (cash or account). A friendly supportive group, who are keen to play and develop their tennis. There are tennis rackets to borrow.
