Notes from the coach

Please note it is cheaper per session if you book the course of sessions. Please do this on the separate booking window, labelled 'Adult Improvers and Club Level Course'. The sessions are for those who wish to practice and improve their skills. Each session focuses on a theme, both technical and tactical. There will be a chance to play points or a game in each session too. There will be a progression throughout the sessions. A friendly supportive group, who are keen to play and develop their tennis. Initially there are tennis rackets to borrow. Once you are sure tennis is for you, it's best to purchase your own.
