Adult Tennis Coaching Course for those who wish to practice and improve their skills. Each session focuses on a theme, both technical and tactical. There will be a chance to play points or a game in each session too. You can also choose individual sessions which you can attend, if you are not able to attend the whole course. On the Adult Coaching tab you have to click the 'Individual Sessions' booking form. There will be a progression throughout the sessions. A friendly supportive group, who are keen to play and develop their tennis. Initially there are tennis rackets to borrow. Once you are sure tennis is for you, it's best to purchase your own.
