CHILD WELFARE & SAFETY & DATA COLLECTION - GDPR

Southbourne Tennis Club and Dave Sanger Tennis Coaching LTD acknowledge the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk. A copy of the club’s full safeguarding policy is available from Southbournetennisclub.co.uk and who to contact if there is a concern.

Please note the club and coaches are responsible for your child’s safety and welfare during their tennis session time and although the children’s welfare is of paramount importance to us it is the parents responsibility outside of these times so please make the coaches aware if you have to drop off early or are running late. Parents drop off and pick up should be within 5 minutes before and after the tennis lesson is due to start and finish. The car park can get busy at times so please park safely and we would prefer children to be dropped and picked up from the clubhouse or outside the tennis court they are playing on, and not the car park itself. If your child is walking or riding home can you note this on the enrolment form when you fill it out.

Southbourne Tennis Club & Dave Sanger Tennis Coaching LTD is committed to correct data protection practices.  Our new privacy notice explains how we collect and use personal data as a Tennis Coaching & Tennis Club Member or other contact of the Club, and provides the data processing information required.  View the privacy policy on our website.
