All members are subject to the constitution of the club and the regulations of the national governing body of the sport.

All members will be held accountable to the LTA CODE OF CONDUCT  and our Local Club rules. You can find these and our Grievance and Disciplinary procedure in our Membership Policy

Non-compliance can result in an informal warning, written warning or suspension of membership, depending on the nature of the offence, by the club’s management committee.

In the unlikely event that suspension of membership should happen, the member subject to proposed removal from the club has the right to appeal.

The appeal will be heard by the club’s Disciplinary Sub-group, who will investigate and make a judgement.

Full details of our Disciplinary procedure can be found in our Membership Policy Appendix II
