Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000. Take a look at how it works...

 

Currently we have 2 Cardio Tennis sessions running each week (Monday lunchtime and Friday evening)

 

These weekly sessions are open to visitors as well as members (visitors to pay an extra £1 guest fee per session) .
