The Borough Gardens play area was part of the 2007 refurbishment and restoration of the gardens.

The play area is fully enclosed and there are facilities for all age groups including: baby and standard swings, rockers, mini spinner, two different types of slides, multi play structure and a seesaw!

For warmer days there is also a splash pool!

There are seats both inside and outside of the play area and a comprehensive set of outdoor gym equipment nearby so that adults can entertain themselves as well.
