Adult sessions will run subject to demand. Beginner session are usually on a Tuesday or Sunday and times will vary.  Check out our coaching tab to see if any sessions are available. These session is geared up for beginners, intermediates and rusty rackets. These sessions are open to both members non-members. (prices will be added to each session when availabe.
