Playing tennis during the pandemic
The tennis courts are open to members from Friday 29th May (or guests playing with members from 26th September). Courts must be booked online in advance of play. Under level 4 restrictions which apply to our council area from 20th November, the clubhouse and toilets will be closed. (Under level 3 restrictions the clubhouse toilets can be accessed subject to strict hand hygiene and the wearing of face coverings when indoors). Read more here.
For coaching and camps, see the Coaching page.
We have 4 all-weather artificial grass outdoor tennis courts and 2 mini tennis courts which can be played on all the year round. Each full size court has floodlights which can be switched on via the meters inside the clubhouse (£1 coin per 30 minutes).

After 6.30pm adults have priority on the full size courts except for Saturdays. This means that juniors may only play after 6.30pm if there are no adults waiting to play. Outwith club nights, members must vacate the court after an hour if anyone is waiting to play.
Group coaching sessions for adults and children are available at various times of the year. See the Coaching page for further details. Individual coaching can also be arranged with one of our coaches.
Anyone interested in joining one of the teams that play in the local leagues should contact the club and we'll pass your details to the appropriate team captain.
