ON THE EVENT DAY ANY EVENT NOTIFICATIONS CAN BE ACCESSED BY CLICKING  HERE.

The event will only now be cancelled in the event of very strong winds, stronger than forecast at midday on Saturday 4 November. Rain and showers will NOT be a cause for cancellation.

If the event is cancelled ticket holders will be refunded the face value of their tickets by TicketSource Express.

TO BUY TICKETS

Entry will be by E Ticket only, which will be scanned at the gate. Important, please download your ticket to your phone for quicker entry on the night. 

E Tickets will only be available from our TicketSource page from 9 October by clicking through from this link .

There will be NO tickets available from the clubhouse or at the gate and once we reach maximum cpactity we will stop selling tickets.

Gates open at 5pm and Fireworks from 7pm, don't be late.

If the event is cancelled on the day you will receive an email message and we will post cancellation notices on our website and FaceBook page. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be automatically refunded by TicketSource, you do not need to apply for a refund. See TicketSource site for their Terms & Conditions.
